OASIS Overview

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) is a family of Government-wide MA-IDIQ task order contracts that span 29 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions for Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

OASIS SB is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.

Services offered under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

NAICS 541330 Engineering Services under Pool 3 include the following three Exceptions:

  • Exception A – Engineering for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons
  • Exception B – Engineering for Contracts and Subcontracts for Engineering Services Awarded Under the National Energy Policy Act of 1992
  • Exception C – Engineering for Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture
